Are you looking for ways to process information and/or respond to requests faster? Learning more about Productivity Tools may be your answer. Instructional Technology offers training on these productivity tools that will aid in your day to day processes. They include the following:

Microsoft Word
Microsoft Word is an application designed primarily for word processing. In Word, you may use many features such as clip art, mail merge, tables, and so much more.


Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet application that enables you to turn data into information with powerful tools to analyze, communicate, and share results. You may analyze and manipulate data to create charts, tables, and/or graphs.


Microsoft PowerPoint
Microsoft PowerPoint is presentation software that enables users to create, present, and collaborate on presentations. PowerPoint allows you to create simple and/or elaborate presentations that may include complex graphics, special effects, animations, and sounds.


Microsoft Publisher
Microsoft Publisher is software that allows you to create a wide variety of print publications such as brochures, newsletters, and postcards just to name a few.

Microsoft Access
Microsoft Access is a database program that is used to store and manipulate information in a series of interrelated records and file Access enables you to store all kinds of forms in the computer and organize them in a variety of ways for easy retrieval and custom reporting.
