Ms. Terri Webb is the Manager III of Instructional Technology for the DeKalb County School District. She is a native of St. Louis, Missouri where she began her educational career, teaching in the St. Louis Public School System.  Ms. Webb attended Tennessee State University, participating in the Aristocrat of Bands and the Architectural Engineering program.  She redirected her career path to serve two years as a national volunteer for the Americorps National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) educational leadership program where she discovered her passion for teaching.  Ms. Webb later earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education degree from Harris-Stowe State University, a Master of Arts Degree in Education, and a Master of Arts Degree in Educational Technology from Lindenwood University.

Ms. Webb moved to Georgia in 2011.
